However, these calamities must occur to pave the way for His triumphant return to Earth, when He will establish His Kingdom.

Although the world will fear these coming days, as believers, we are to take our eyes off the perplexities of the Earth and look up to heaven, our eternal hope. Our Lord has promised us an eternal home, which far exceeds anything we have ever known. He said He was going away to prepare this glorious place of eternal abode for those who put their whole trust in Him. Through the Holy Spirit, this truth of a heavenly home can become more real to us than anything we can see with our natural eyes. And when heaven is real to us, our future is always bright.
